Living things in preprimary environmental education.

The bachelor thesis points out the importance of environmental education in preschool education. The thesis introduces the methods and means of environmental education and maps the importance of the use of natural resources. Through observations and small experiments with natural resourses, it proves its positive effect on children's knowledge. The offered methodology shows a comparison of environmental and multimedia education and their impact on the child's perception. Interviews with teachers show a partial goal of the thesis, namely the proposal of an educational program that includes more frequent use of natural resources in the education of preschool children.
Natural objects in primary science education

This theses deals with the usage of natural objects in primary education. Living plants, animals or their parts are considered natural objects in this paper. The backbone of this theses is a collection of activities that could be of use when teaching about nature in primary school. In each activity, children work with natural objects. Some of the activities presented in the paper were performed with children during education to examine and ensure their usability.
Use of natural resources in elementary school education

This diploma thesis "The use of natural materials in teaching at the 1st stage of primary school" deals with the use of natural material in primary school and science, their use in interdisciplinary relationships. The work is conducted not only as worksheets for students, but also interesting didactic sheets for teachers to diversify teaching and support activites for students during the acquisition. Thanks to its easy availability, natural material is a popular material for research and use in teaching. Pupils like to experiment, find out and get to know the material. They learn nonviolently and form a positive relationship with nature. Experimentation and research can take place in the form of project-based teaching, which also develops relationships between students and supports independent thinking. The activities and activities contained in the work can be used by teachers in project or group teaching, they can bet the basis for projects focused on the use of natural materials in science and elementary school lessons. The activities are designed to take advantage of interdisciplinary relationships and are based on the expected outputs of the Framework Educational Program for Basic Education. The diploma thesis consists of two parts. The first part deals with theoretical knowledge, the second part is devoted to the practical part.
The influence of selected didactical aids in environmental education at kindergarten.

The bachelor's thesis deals with selected didactic tools used in environmental education which is an integral part of the educational process in kindergartens. The theoretical part defines environmental education, its position in the framework educational programme, methods, goals and risks. It also deals with the upbringing and education of the target group, i.e. pre-school children. The practical part includes a collection of materials with activities which use real natural materials as didactic tools. The activities from the collection were applied to a heterogeneous group of children in the age of 5-6 years. The educational offer was complemented by other activities than only those environment-focused (these are only a part of it) for the sake of complex development of children. Some activities are complemented by worksheets or record sheets
The use of Natural Materials in Primary School Education

The practical part consists of 11 project using products of nature. The end of the practical part deals with verification of created projects and evaluation of implemented projects.
Living Things in the Science Education

Current state-of-the-art in the use of living things in primary science education has not been studied in detail in the Czech Republic. This thesis presents the paper published a short time ago and accompanied by the brief commentary. The aim is to evaluate data gained by the video-research of thirty (integrated) science classes and to give an analysis of the use of living things in selected science units. The paper has a character of case study containing not very large amount of lessons but it enables to describe the use of living things in the framework of selected thematic units in which the use of living things is possible or expectable.

Jitka Vodáková, CSc. ABSTRACT The goal of this theisis is to test efficiency of special craft program based on natural materials which was developer for pupils with autism. Theoretical part is focused on characteristics of pupils from special basic school. It describes thein diagnoses - mental handicap, multihandicap and especialy autism. Next part oves overview of natural materials, thein varieties and manufacturing. It also describes how crafts are involved in General education program and School education program.This part of thesis pay attention to safety precautions during craft works. Practical part pay is focused on casuistry of four pupils with autism. The main method was direkt observation during their work with natural materials. This observational work took six months. Results of Cheb tests have verified the Access of the special sraft program. Benefits of crafts work program are highlighted in casuistries of autistic pupils. Zuzana Kusová: Living Things, their Knowledge and Use in Life Science Preschool Education. (2010) In this work was verified the knowledge of living things among pupils from choiced nursery schools. Further was charted the usage of nature products in nursery schools. The next point was to make ones´ acquaintance with some methods of determination of the pupils{\crq} knowledge, find suitable methodology of knowledge determination and verification of their usage in nursery schools. For the determination of pupils knowledge was by the schoolmistress chosen the method of walking and dialogue about the nature products and sighting the nature products in real neighbourhood.

Diploma thesis seachers into the knowledge of products of nature by pupils from the first grade of elementary school. Pupils knowledge was verified by didactic test. An analysis of school books from Scientia publishing house with a view to a quantity and spectrum of organisms is a part of the diploma thesis. This diploma thesis was solved within the scope of the project GA JU č. 065/2010/S.
